1. About these terms
This site is operated by JJs Asian Supermarket. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item in full — the rest of your order is unaffected.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Weighted items may vary slightly from the listed weight and are charged at the actual packed weight. We correct pricing errors as soon as we find them and will never charge you more than the price you agreed without asking first.
4. Payment
Payment is taken when your order is confirmed, except for cash on delivery. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by our payment provider.
5. Delivery and collection
We deliver within our published service area and make every reasonable effort to arrive within the chosen window. Delays caused by weather, traffic or events outside our control are not a breach of these terms. Someone must be available to receive perishable goods.
6. Returns and refunds
Report any item that arrives damaged, short-dated or below standard within 24 hours and we will refund or replace it. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not limit or exclude.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
8. Liability
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.
