Delivery is free within 10 km of our shop. Beyond that, a small distance-based charge applies — you'll see it at checkout before you pay. Click & Collect is always free.
Same-day orders typically arrive in 45–90 minutes. Prefer a set time? Choose an evening or next-morning slot at checkout.
Chilled and frozen items travel in insulated liners with ice packs. Fruit and bakery go in last so nothing gets crushed, and every order is checked by a real person before it leaves.
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll refund or replace the item. No receipts to dig up, no back and forth.
