We deliver within 20 km of our store. Enter your address at checkout and we'll confirm straight away whether you're inside our delivery zone.
Delivery is free within 10 km of our shop. Further away, a small distance-based charge is shown at checkout. Click & Collect is always free.
Same-day delivery usually arrives within 45–90 minutes of ordering. You can also choose a later time slot at checkout.
Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout, and your order will be packed and ready at our store — usually within 30 minutes. There's no delivery charge on collection orders.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll refund or replace it. No receipt hunting and no argument — freshness is our promise.
Get in touch as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been packed yet we can change or cancel it. Once it's with the driver we can only arrange a return.
